“We assigned Xiao Yu an extremely challenging task. We asked her to lie face down on a chair with a backrest in an extreme “reverse shrimp” position, then completely fix her to the chair with PVC tape, making her like a mummy. However, we completely underestimated the cruelty of this design. While the flexibility of an older student allowed her to assume this position, maintaining it was a completely different, slow form of torture. After nearly an hour of “fusion” her body with the chair using tape, the areas tightly wrapped in tape were drenched in sweat. The prone reverse shrimp position and the strong binding of the tape created double pressure on her chest, severely restricting her breathing even without additional suffocation. Due to the extremely low amount of oxygen she inhaled, she suffered the pain of oxygen deprivation every second; it was a life-or-death struggle against suffocation. Finally, we put a spherical gag on her and further shortened the distance between her head and feet with duct tape, completely collapsing her defenses. The challenge ended with the older student letting out a heart-wrenching scream. Her severed waist was clearly at its limit, so for the second packing, I opted for a relatively “relaxed” traditional mummy pose—arms crossed over her chest, standing upright. Even so, “relaxed” was only relative; the tape remained taut, outlining her suffocating form in the darkness. Except for her mouth, the rest of her body was covered in black duct tape; what was to come was obvious. I alternately sealed her mouth with red and black striped tape, leaving only a “half-open mouth” of air flowing between her mouth and lungs. I also put a rubber mask on her, enjoying the beautiful sight of that thin membrane being deeply inhaled into her mouth as she inhaled. Unfortunately, just as Ms. Komi reached her limit, she struggled, lost her balance, and fell backward. In addition, I pulled the mask up forcefully to ensure she could breathe, and the latex mask also “retired”… This extremely brutal mummy challenge caused Komi-senpai to break down several times.
