It features a single-glove leather restraint, a stainless steel collar suspended and secured to a steel frame with chains, and legs forcibly spread with steel shackles. It looks quite fun, but the suction strength is weaker, which is a drawback (I heard it’s because many people experienced bleeding from the suction, so it’s an overcorrection). When it gets tired of standing, it can lie down for a while, suspended by a straight-arm four-horse chain.
