“Tong, covered in rope marks, describes her home robbery the previous night to her rescuers. The night before, she returned home exhausted, changed her clothes, and lay down to rest. However, a robber had been lying in wait in the bedroom, subdued her, and threatened her to hand over her valuables. Out of fear, Xi Tong willingly asked the thief to “tightly tie her up and gag her” so the robber wouldn’t harm her further. Xi Tong led the robber to the wardrobe, found a large amount of rope and tape, insisted that the robber tie her up tightly, and guided him to tie her even tighter, finally guiding him to gag her. After securing Xi Tong, the robber began searching other rooms for valuables. Xi Tong seized the opportunity to struggle to escape, trying to find her phone or scissors to call for help. Unable to find them immediately, she decided to jump out the door to call for help. Just as she was about to escape, the robber spotted her and subdued her. Upon discovering Xitong’s attempt to escape, the robbers tightened their restraints, binding her like a four-horse chariot, further restricting her movement, before continuing their looting.
