“S City has long been plagued by the Black Tiger Gang’s disruptive influence on social order. The Provincial Public Security Bureau dispatched Liu Yan, captain of the apprehension team, to the S City Public Security Bureau to rectify the situation. Using a hardline approach, she dismantled numerous Black Tiger Gang strongholds and arrested many members. Currently, only the gang leader, Chen Hu, and his deputy, Black Panther, remain at large. Recently, the city bureau received intelligence about Black Panther’s whereabouts. After discussing with Liu Yan, the bureau chief planned an infiltration to arrest him and, after obtaining information about Chen Hu’s location, to capture both of them. The operation proceeded smoothly, but an unexpected incident occurred during the final capture of Chen Hu.”
