“Nyoi Kamiya went to arrest a drug dealer. She had just entered the room with a pistol when a drug dealer came out from behind her with a wooden stick and knocked her unconscious with a blow to the head. When she woke up, she was tightly bound, a noose around her neck, and forced into special high heels. Nyoi Kamiya warned the drug dealer, “Release me immediately!” The drug dealer said, “You’re not leaving.” He then brought her a stool, specially designed by the drug dealer for Nyoi Kamiya. It was a double torture stance; squatting down with the noose around her neck obstructed her breathing, posing a life-threatening risk for a long time; arching her back allowed her to breathe freely, but the noose pulled on her genitals, causing discomfort. During this process, she was also whipped and struck with a wooden stick. Unable to withstand the repeated torture, Nyoi Kamiya fainted. The drug dealer splashed her with a large bowl of water to wake her up and continued the next round of torture.”
